A Healthy Christmas with Amazin' Graze

Fruitcake Granola (RM19.90)

Ingredients: Traditional rolled oats, organics molasses, honey, organic extra virgin coconut oil, walnuts, pecans, cranberries, raisins, apricots, orange zest, natural flavours, cinnamon, nutmeg & Himalayan rock salt.

Initially I was skeptical of the fruitcake granola as I am not a fan of fruitcake itself as I find the fruitcake & alcohol mix not to my liking...or maybe I haven't tried a good fruitcake yet. The fruitcake granola however, does not contain alcohol nor does it have the weird aftertaste that I usually get when eating fruitcake.

Since it is a healthy granola, the flavours are light and mildly zesty. The dried fruits also give this granola a flavour boost. I love to pair granolas with greek yogurt :)  

Chocolate Chip Cherry Cookies (RM14.90)

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour mix (sorghum flour, tapioca starch, glutinous rice flour), dark chocolate chips, light olive oil, organic molasses, cherries, egg, dark cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, Himalayan rock salt.

Gluten-free cookie that contains no butter or refined sugar, it is definitely a healthy snack option. I usually have cookies that contain butter as it is more fragrant but this gluten-free chocolate cookie tastes good as well especially with the chewy cherrie bits mixed with dark chocolate. Yum!

Orange Blossom Cranberry Cookies (RM14.90)

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour mix (sorghum flour, tapioca starch, glutinous rice flour), light olive oil, organic molasses, cranberries, egg, orange zest, orange blossom water, vanilla extract, baking powder, Himalayan rock salt.

This cookie would be my favourite out of the two. The orange zest and tangy cranberries compliments each other in taste that makes it super addictive! I could eat this all day :D
