Suria KLCC Lights Up Tallest Christmas Tree

Suria KLCC recently unveiled its tallest Christmas tree which is also one of the tallest in KL city centre!

Before the Christmas tree is lighted up. Look at how tall it is!

The 65 feet (19.8 metres) Christmas tree was completed over a period of five days using metal base to hold the christmas tree. Soaring high beside PETRONAS twin towers, the Suria KLCC Christmas tree is beautifully decorated with garland leaves, baubles and environmental friendly LED lights. It weighs about 13,500kg and can be seen at Suria KLCC until 25th December.

The Christmas tree was officially lit up by Datuk Hashim Wahir, Chairman of Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd in conjunction with the upcoming festive celebration.

Suria KLCC visitors will also be able to enjoy feeling right at home this Christmas with decorations in the mall centered around the theme 'I'm Coming Home for Christmas'. Suria KLCC will be entertaining visitors with dazzling performances until 26th December such as musical shows, jazz quartets, Christmas carols and dance performances. Children will also get to see Santa Claus live on stage as well and receive candy canes on selected days.

In addition, Suria KLCC is inviting everyone to come and snap memorable photographs at the Centre Court with themed props on selected days. The photos will be uploaded to Suria KLCC Facebook page and the first 10 visitors on those days will receive a Christmas goodie bag! Shoppers too will be rewarded by Suria KLCC when they shop at the mall.

CNY Decorations @ Midvalley & The Gardens

Spent the weekend at the mall with the parents. It's been a while since I went out with them so we went off to Midvalley in the evening after spring cleaning a portion of the house for this coming CNY. There is still so much to do! How I wish I can be dismissed for housework because I always end up getting down with flu after cleaning the house. Dusts, always the culprit. pfft!

Decorations at the Centre Court of Midvalley is really outstanding! There's this little stalls around selling little trinkets and CNY cookies too. They even had drum percussions but I didn't manage to catch it.
